Since 2005 Sant’Ambrogio organizes courses for training engineers in the field of thermal and mechanical design of pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
In addition to the basic principles related to the mechanical design of pressure equipment, the courses contain numerous calculation examples from the daily engineering practice and the differences in use of various technical prescriptions such as ASME, EN 13445 or other codes are explained.
Students are instructed to optimize design by minimizing weight and cost of designed equipment, keeping compliance with the requirements of applicable standards.
For specific design requirements, Sant’Ambrogio organizes customized training sessions, both in mechanical and thermal design, or for the use of design software.
